There are two special-needs parking zones: the Scarlet Zone, which is the parking area next to stadium Gates A and B, and the Livingston Orange Zone, near Jersey Mike's Arena. A shuttle bus service is provided for special-needs guests and one companion.

It is important to note that Rutgers University does not supply assistive devices, so guests who require a wheelchair or other mobility devices must bring them. Walkers, wheelchairs, and scooters are permitted in SHI Stadium.
