Todd was a loving husband to his devoted wife, Joni Hicks Cleghorne, and a father to his children, Christopher Tyler Cleghorne, Caitlyn Faith Cleghorne, Jessica Kern, and Jayce Leigh Rowe.

Todd was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Lynette Ricks; his grandfather, Mr. W.E. Ricks Sr.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Cleghorne; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R.J. Brunegraff and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ricks; and his aunt, Martha Ann Gorman.

He is survived by his father, Harold Cleghorne; his grandmother, Mrs. Juanita Ricks; his uncle, Eddy Ricks; his aunts, Jana Ricks and Arithia R. Montgomery; and his cousins, Laurie S. Branch, Robert A. Scoggins, William R. Scoggins, Travis Ricks (Amanda), and Gage Ricks, all of Brunswick, GA; his cousin, Tracy L. Brown and aunt Nancy Shervold, of Reno, Nevada.

Todd was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Nascar fan who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved the outdoors and often went fishing and hunting. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him, and his family will forever cherish the fond memories they shared with him.

A memorial service to honour Todd's life was held on Friday, May 26, 2017, at Norwich Baptist Church, with Dr. Art Cyphers officiating the service. The family invited friends to join them in celebrating Todd's life on this special day. Memorial contributions were made in Todd's memory to Heartland Hospice, Brunswick, GA.
