Branch, Robert A. Scoggins, William R. Scoggins, Travis Ricks (Amanda), and Gage Ricks, all of Brunswick, GA; his cousin, Tracy L. Brown and aunt Nancy Shervold, of Reno, Nevada.
Todd was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Nascar fan who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved the outdoors and often went fishing and hunting. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him, and his family will forever cherish the fond memories they shared with him.
A memorial service to honour Todd's life was held on Friday, May 26, 2017, at Norwich Baptist Church, with Dr. Art Cyphers officiating the service. The family invited friends to join them in celebrating Todd's life on this special day. Memorial contributions were made in Todd's memory to Heartland Hospice, Brunswick, GA.
