Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager for its Marine Engineering Team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marine projects, with infrastructure/utilities project experience being an added advantage. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and management of design and/or construction supervision contracts, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget. They will also be responsible for contract activities and commercial performances to meet project goals and objectives.

Job Duties

• Act as the company representative for all day-to-day contract matters with the client during the program/project execution.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and contractors.
• Oversee the establishment of package-specific briefs, contracts, and procedures.
• Assist other packages and the Project Director on matters that cross between projects.
• Establish the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
